Commercial
With the continuous advancement of new urbanization, Seazen has increased the development of urban complex projects, opening up a strategic model driven by dual-core of residential and commercial real estate. “WUYUe” is the brand of urban complex project owned by Seazen. In 2012, the commercial brand of “WUYUe” was born. Starting from the most genuine emotional needs of Chinese families, it is committed to turning WUYUe into an experienced Chinese leading business brand with the concept of “having strong sentiments, unique and one of a kind, with a large-scale”.
By Mar. 31, 2025, Seazen had 200 WUYUe plazas, in 136 large and middle-sized cities across the country.
Hotel
In 2018, Seazen put together a professional team consisting of over 100 hotel development and management experts to vertically integrate operation and management from planning and design to construction and operations. The company has built the Citilink hotel brand matrix covering deluxe, luxurious and boutique hotels. Ultra-large hotels characterized by over 800 rooms will be opened in multiple target cities nationwide.
Senior Housing
In the coming years, the elderly care industry will enter the period of fast development. In 2019, Seazen built the health brand Caring & Sharing to spread happiness by services and nourish life by happiness. Seazen strives to become a supplier of happy health services promoting the development and improvement of the health industry.
Hub of Enjoy—It is a high-end urban health complex and builds a high-end health service platform on the basis of Seazen’ commercial property scenes.
Home of Enjoy—It features community-based health services and provides the elderly with home-based health services on the basis of the communities and ancillary facilities of the residential projects built by Seazen.
Valley of Enjoy—It is a health destination for people of all ages and builds a health-themed cultural tourist town by the climate, landscapes and other natural resources owned by Seazen’ small town projects.
Incubator
Designed by WOODS BAGOT, a well-known design firm, Starwing Space is a top incubator established by Seazen in China. Matching Class A office standards, it is equipped with a full-view gym, coffee bar, staff restaurant, a large road-show hall, and multi-functional leisure areas, dedicating to creating a one-stop entrepreneurial experience.
Asset Management
As an international firm listed on both Shanghai Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Seazen keeps well-balanced business operations and capital operations by continuously improving core capability of investments, financing, and asset management to support our main business. In 2016, together with 10 other firms, Seazen launched Jiangsu Private Investment Holding Co., Ltd. In 2017, Seazen acquired Resources Capital Group Limited and became its controlling shareholder.
